Decree 231

Tecninox has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 as an integral part of its governance system and of the values that guide the company’s activities.

The adoption of Decree 231 reflects a deliberate choice to strengthen a corporate culture based on transparency, integrity and responsibility, by defining rules, procedures and principles of conduct aimed at preventing risks and ensuring sound and aware management of business activities.
