Quality at every stage of the process
The commitment to Quality begins before production: from the origin of the raw material certified and guaranteed by reliable and proven suppliers to guarantee the full traceability of the entire production chain. In fact, having the plant in Italy allows Raccortubi complete control of every single phase of the production process, from the raw material to guaranteeing compliance with all customer specifications. All products are fully tested and subjected to careful checks both internally and by qualified external laboratories, which makes monitoring of the high quality levels that internal production processes are programmed to achieve systematic in order to ensure compliance with the most stringent market requirements. This frees customers from the constraint of time and additional costs for additional laboratory tests, not only for large orders but above all for individual pieces with urgent delivery. Finally, product quality certificates can be downloaded online by the customer even before the shipment is made.
What it means to be a "premium quality" partner
The attention and dedication in adapting to the most advanced quality processes has allowed the companies of the Raccortubi to receive various approvals from end customers such as NORSOK, BP and Total, together with the important certifications obtained by the Company in terms of safety, quality and environment, PED certificates and sector-specific certifications (for example the Bv Type Approval for shipbuilding).
In addition, Raccortubi has a series of international approvals for the marketing of its products worldwide, including the CUTR (Customs Union Certificate of Conformity) for Eastern Europe, the CRN (Canadian Registration Number) for Canada and the CRC (Certificado do Registro Cadastral) in Brazil.
