Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is thorough yet efficient, always with respect for every candidate and for everyone who joins us for an introductory interview. We aim to get to know candidates in a simple, natural and relaxed way, and our interviews are never designed to put people under unnecessary pressure.
We provide constructive feedback to everyone and aim to complete the selection process within two, or at most three, meetings and within a reasonable timeframe. We may use assessment tests when we consider them useful, always avoiding intrusive methods and providing clear feedback on the results.
Once hired, new employees take part in a structured onboarding programme designed to support their integration into their respective teams. We also periodically organise multi-day Induction programmes to strengthen the sense of belonging and accelerate the professional development of our more junior colleagues.
