Raccortubi do Brasil supplies pipes, fittings and flanges in austenitic stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, 6Mo, nickel and titanium alloys.
By exactly replicating the model of the Italian parent company, Raccortubi Do Brasil is able to meet all the piping needs of customers in the South American area, with reduced time and logistics costs, from its headquarters in Jacareí (Sao Paulo, Brazil).
In 2018, Raccortubi started production in Brazil, thus providing local content to the Latin American market.
Tecninox do Brasil produces the same range of butt weld fittings as its Italian sister, Tecninox, from ½” to 16”.
Characteristics
Raccortubi do Brasil supplies pipes, fittings and flanges in austenitic stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, 6Mo nickel and titanium alloys from stock.
Specialised in supplying duplex and superduplex, mainly to meet the needs of the local offshore industry, it has a considerable warehouse not only for the supply of stock material for urgent and maintenance needs, but also to offer complete solutions for complex projects.
Tecninox do Brasil integrates the offer with the internal production of butt weld fittings from 1/2″to 16″, through cold forming.
Quality and services
Fully tested and certified products in accordance with stringent market requirements are available off-the-shelf for the composition of project packages, eliminating additional time and costs for laboratory testing. The integrated production of Tecninox do Brasil also supplies the warehouse and offers the customer the possibility of having “made in Brazil” products.
As well as a number of end-user approvals, Raccortubi Group holds CRCC approval as a registered manufacturer and distributor from the state oil company.
Raccortubi do Brasil is also PED and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Last but not least, Raccortubi Do Brasil offers various possibilities for customising of the customer order, such as special mechanical machining according to customer specifications, colour codes, particular markings and special packaging.

Raccortubi Do Brasil’s local stock consists of pipes, fittings and flanges for the ready-made supply for critical applications, with a particular focus on the Oil & Gas and offshore industries. It has piping material in austenitic stainless steel, 6Mo, nickel and titanium alloys, with a specific characterisation on duplex and superduplex, given the needs of local customers.
Benefiting from the particular structure of Raccortubi that integrates production and distribution units, Raccortubi Do Brasil, using the internal local production of Tecninox do Brasil, is able to provide complete packages for projects in a flexible, fast and cost-effective manner, to be used even for the most critical applications.
