Services
Always at the service of the customer, including
the personalisation of deliveries.
Raccortubi is able to provide a wide range of customisation services
according to the specific needs of the customer
With a view to simplifying life for our customers, we have equipped ourselves with an internal post-production facility capable of offering customisation services with high added value.
Colour codes, special markings, custom cuts, laboratory tests and special packaging are applied to orders according to the customer’s specific requirements, offering a complete, flexible and timely service both for maintenance needs and for the supply of complex projects.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the sector, we have developed an internal standard that covers the requirements most demanded by customers as well as by the main regulations.
All the material we supply meets this standard, allowing you to save valuable time at this stage of the process.
Each material is accompanied by its certificate, easily available, through the supplier portal, from the first stages of the order.
We offer our expertise as a manufacturer of butt weld fittings, to assist customers in finding the right solution to every project need.
We are not just suppliers: we like to think of ourselves as partners, assisting you at every stage of the order.
What differentiates us from the competition is our service and we offer it to our customers, worldwide, thanks to our global distribution network.
Our subsidiaries are strategically located in the UK (Aberdeen), in Brazil (Sao Paulo), the Middle East (Dubai).
Their warehouses allow Raccortubi to have a strong presence on the market and to meet the demands of local customers, able to understand their needs closely.
