We are committed to reporting all hazardous situations, unsafe behaviour and “near misses”, with a view to continuous improvement and to building an increasingly safe working environment.
We monitor HSE performance and activate a specific action plan for each area of improvement identified.

Zero Incident goal
During 2022 we launched an internal awareness campaign with the provocative title “safety is not a priority”.
Precisely because we believe that priorities can change over time, while safety is and must be an essential value, whatever the conditions.
We have (literally) put our face on it, because the safeguarding of each one is only possible thanks to a personal and daily commitment.
We pursue a noble goal, that of not having accidents on our sites.
”Zero accidents” is possible, with the collaboration and attention of everyone.
Because even the smallest incident is unacceptable.

In Raccortubi you will find a partner who is careful to comply with the law on health and safety and, often, to go beyond it.
We manage every aspect of workplace safety with a team of experts and with the continuous involvement of all workers.
Ensuring the conditions for working safely is the minimum that a company must do including: compliance with the regulatory requirements, the use of PPE and the drafting of specific procedures and instructions for each process.
Information, training and education begin on day 1 at Raccortubi, with an HSE Induction, an introductory event on the safety rules of the workplace, in which all personnel are also trained on the rules to be respected in case of emergency and on specific aspects of their tasks.
All our guests are equally informed upon their access to the site about the safety requirements to enjoy a safe visit.
In production and warehouse environments, we apply the 5 S method to ensure a clean and well-organised working environment, optimising resources and spaces.
Raccortubi’s objective is to provide the Customer with high quality products and services, with a reduced environmental impact, safeguarding the health and safety of all the people involved and protecting the environment.
Health first and foremost
We subject to regular health surveillance the workers for whom the risk assessment has highlighted a need, in agreement with the company Doctor.
In addition to the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008, we have launched an internal prevention programme with free screenings for all employees, on voluntary membership, in collaboration with premium external partners.
The programme includes the prevention of skin cancers, the cardio campaign and specialist appointments for men and women aimed at highlighting any prostate and breast abnormalities.
We offer flu vaccination to those who request it.
Thanks to the welfare plan, it is also possible to lighten the cost of medical expenses through a reimbursement system and full check-up options are available.
