The production flexibility of a highly specialised plant, with ample availability of raw materials

Tecninox has sophisticated systems for the cold production of all types of fittings and allows Raccortubi to provide highly customised solutions. The integrated production of austenitic stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, 6MO, nickel and titanium alloy butt weld fittings is based on efficient delivery planning, on customer requirements and on raw material availability. In 2018, Raccortubi also set up Tecninox do Brasil, the production unit located in Brazil, to supply “made in Brazil” fittings to the South American market, following the establishment of its Italian twin, Tecninox, with a size range from 1/2″to 16″. The special business model, which combines production and distribution that work hand in hand, allows Raccortubi to offer complete solutions at competitive prices, minimising quality costs thanks to sophisticated production planning and to a wide availability of raw material at the production plant in Piacenza, Tecninox.
