Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001 as an integral part of its governance system and of the values that guide the company\u2019s activities. <\/p><p>The adoption of Decree 231 reflects a deliberate choice to strengthen a corporate culture based on transparency, integrity and responsibility, by defining rules, procedures and principles of conduct aimed at preventing risks and ensuring sound and aware management of business activities.<\/p><p>Through this tool, Tecninox seeks to consolidate an organisational model founded on seriousness, solidity and reliability, protecting its stakeholders and promoting relationships based on trust, in full compliance with regulations, people and the context in which it operates.<\/p><p>Decree 231 therefore forms part of a broader commitment to compliance, business ethics and the long-term sustainability of the company, in line with its identity and
