Legislative Decree 81\/2008, we have launched an internal prevention programme with free screenings for all employees, on voluntary membership, in collaboration with premium external partners.\u2028<br\/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme includes the prevention of skin cancers, the cardio campaign and specialist appointments for men and women aimed at highlighting any prostate and breast abnormalities.<\/span><br\/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2028We offer flu vaccination to those who request it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the welfare plan, it is also possible to lighten the cost of medical expenses through a reimbursement system and full check-up options are
